Ayman has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate and investment property world. He started managing his own investment portfolio more than 17 years ago, giving him a thorough perspective as both an owner and a property manager. Ayman, as a resident of Orlando, services central Florida with property watch services for snowbirds, travelers that leave their properties for extended periods for business or pleasure, real estate owners with a vacant house awaiting sale. He liaises with our international clients and snowbirds, who are often based in Canada and Europe.
His unique experience is an asset for assisting absentee clients with education and understanding of running investment properties here in Florida. He has a background managing all types of privately owned properties such as single family homes, townhouses and condos, from brand new properties to assisting in renovating them. He is also a licensed realtor. His diversified experience within the property management industry makes him a great fit for our team. Whether you are looking to buy/or sell a home, farmland, commercial property, or an investment property, Ayman will take the time necessary to help you achieve your goals.
This experience along with operations expertise, accounting and financial experience, legal knowledge, and solid business acumen, are all core requirements to a solid and successful property management firm. Miranda started in Property Management buying, selling, renovating and managing her own properties and then became a professional property manager to PMI. Strong from her years of experience in business and property management she uses the knowledge and skills she acquired, striving to provide her clients with the service they expect. She is definitely customer service oriented. Her goal is to maximize investors' income and preserve their assets.
In her spare time, Miranda enjoys a good book and the great outdoors. She’s a mother of two wonderful children and is involved in her local church and giving back to her community. Her diligence ensures residents and owners have the best experience possible during each step.
